Hope for Promoting Digitalization in Chitral
Digitalization is considered the fourth industrial revolution or the digital revolution which started in the 20th century. Now the world is shifting towards the digital era where everything is turned digitalized. The applications of digital technology are spread everywhere in every aspect of human life. Today it is very rare to point out any sector which is out of reach of any kind of digital technology.
As we know that digitalization is occurring rapidly in Pakistan. In Pakistan especially in Chitral, the use of social media, the internet, android, and tablets is increasing rapidly but unfortunately, our youth is unaware of the economic and social benefits of the internet they are using social media and the internet just for the sake of time pass and fun.
If we visit any developed country we come to know that they do every work through technology. Whether it is the matter of shopping, applying for a passport, registering any complaint, or depositing utility bills they do all this through their laptops and androids.
In Chitral, our youth is unaware that one can generate income through the use of internet it is not only for time pass or entertainment they miss used it because our youth don’t have much knowledge about the internet and its benefits.
For making the students digitally skillful and to make ready for the digital revolution the CHITRAL EXE in collaboration with the National Incubation Center Peshawar and the department of management science university of Chitral has provided a golden opportunity for Chitral youth to make his / her career in the digital technology industry whether you are a student, a recent graduate, or for looking to change your career.
Through this Chitral EXE project youth of Chitral are trained by following digital skills in two months duration which are :
Blogging and Content Writing
Photography and Filming
E-commerce and Digital Marketing
Word Press
Graphic Designing
After completion of two months of training, the students will be able to use the technology in a better way to support their families financially. This very project is hope for our Chitrali youth and we have to support this project and make it successful. Inshallah, this program will be helpful for students and will produce Digital skillful students and that day is not far when our youth will make their career on internet and will earn money through these Digital skills.
